We know most of our favorite spots consist of New Mexico’s authentic food but today we decided to switch it up! In today’s blog we will be featuring our friend’s blog Spreadin’ The Sauce . This blog consists of the best local pizza spots in Albuquerque. I mean who doesn’t enjoy pizza as much as sopapillas and enchiladas.  Slice Parlor Spreadin’ The Sauce has done a few blogs on different pizza locations across Albuquerque. Their first blog was on Slice Parlor. Slice Parlor serves New York City inspired oven-baked pizzas. They make their dough and and tomato sauce from scratch.
